Cyber Liability
PICA's CyberAssurance coverage endorsement is included at an annual aggregate limit of $50,000 at no additional cost, per individual. With this cyber liability protection, PICA policyholders receive coverage for:
- Security and Privacy: wrongful acts or breaches
- Privacy Regulatory Defense and Penalties: defense costs, regulatory fines and penalties or compensatory awards
- Privacy Breach Response Costs, Patient Notification Expense, Support and Credit Monitoring
- Network Asset Protection: loss of digital assets and business interruption

Coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable endorsement, including to the annual aggregate limit for any Insured Organization. Policies issued in the states of KS and NY do not include CyberAssurance coverage; however, insureds in those states are eligible to purchase coverage through the ProAssurance Agency.
