PICA's Annual Baseline Self-Assessment (ABSA) Request Form

Thank you for your interest in the ABSA. A link is being sent to all PICA insureds 45-60 days prior to their renewal. Please check your email and SPAM before requesting a link.

If you do require a link be sent to you, complete the request form. Once submitted, you'll receive an  assessment link within a couple days along with instructions for completing the assessment.
 
 

Potential Premium Credit
PICA insureds who renew January 1, 2026, and thereafter, will have a new way to earn risk management premium credit. We are excited to introduce the Annual Baseline Self-Assessment (ABSA). To receive risk management premium credit for your policy, you may receive up to a 10% premium credit by completing any one of the following options or up to a 15% premium credit by completing any two of the following options:

  1. Take the online Annual Baseline Self-Assessment (ABSA) at no additional cost - a link will be sent to your email prior to your renewal date.
  2. Purchase and complete the PICA 2026 Risk Management Program from CME Online for $99 - purchase the course here.
  3. Attend one of the live PICA Risk Management programs in 2026 - see the conference schedule here.

 

Podiatric physicians purchasing the 2026 PICA Risk Management CME Online course and receiving a passing grade (80% or higher) on the post-test online, will qualify to save on their premium in accordance with PICA policy. To receive the discount, you must complete the online course, take the ABSA, or attend a live lecture within 12 months prior to your renewal date or within 30-days after your renewal date. Podiatric physicians may also obtain continuing education credit by taking the CME Online course. Up to 15% is the maximum premium credit allowed during the policy period.
